
The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH) and the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) have advertised several job opportunities for qualified Kenyans.
HELB has re-advertised six positions, including 11 vacancies for Assistant Customer Experience Officers.
The positions are Principal Legal Officer, Principal Customer Experience Officer–Digital and Creative Services, Senior Customer Experience Officer–Digital and Creative Services, Internal Audit Officer I, Driver II and Assistant Customer Experience Officer.
HELB has two vacancies for Driver II and 11 positions for Assistant Customer Experience Officers.
The Assistant Customer Experience Officers will be responsible for providing customer service to walk-in customers at Huduma Centres and responding to inquiries through telephone calls, emails, web chats, the HELB website and social media platforms.
The Principal Legal Officer will formulate, review and monitor statutory and legal policies and procedures relating to litigation, prosecution and alternative dispute resolution.
The Principal Customer Experience Officer–Digital and Creative Services will oversee artistic concepts, business branding materials, events and editorial and creative products.
The Senior Customer Experience Officer will create artistic concepts, supervise the creative team and coordinate HELB's creative and design needs.
The Internal Audit Officer I will supervise reviews of HELB's IT systems and infrastructure, as well as forensic audits, while assuring the adequacy of internal controls.
The Driver II will operate official HELB vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained and in serviceable condition.
HELB said successful candidates will be engaged on contracts of up to three years, renewable subject to performance and retirement age.
Applicants are required to submit a job application letter, curriculum vitae, certified copies of academic and professional certificates, a copy of their identity card or passport and relevant testimonials.
Applications must be submitted by September 1, 2026, with applicants required to quote the position title and reference number.
KUTRRH has also advertised three senior management positions.
The hospital is seeking to recruit a Director of Human Resource and Administration, Deputy Director of Human Resource Management and Development, and Deputy Director of Administration.
The Director of Human Resource and Administration position is on contract, while the two deputy director positions are on permanent and pensionable terms.
Applicants must submit their applications through the KUTRRH online recruitment portal by September 1, 2026.
The hospital said it does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, while canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
Shortlisted candidates will also be required to demonstrate compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution by providing the required clearance certificates.
The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights has re-advertised two senior positions.
They are Deputy Director, Finance and Accounts and Deputy Director, Internal Audit and Risk.
Both positions are at KNCHR Grade 3, with one vacancy available for each position. They are offered on contract terms.
Interested candidates must apply through the KNCHR recruitment portal by close of business on August 28, 2026.
Candidates who previously applied for the Deputy Director, Finance and Accounts position have been encouraged to re-apply.
KNCHR warned applicants against providing false information or documents, saying this is a criminal offence.
The commission also said it does not have recruitment agents and does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process.
