The Nubian Rights Forum has condemned the transfer of police officers suspected of murder or other crimes, describing the move as merely transferring the problem. Director Shafi Hussein says officers suspected of killing should instead be investigated and prosecuted, noting that police are hired to protect Kenyans, not kill them.
