Several counties in the North Rift, Western, Central regions and Nairobi are expected to receive light to moderate rains over the next seven days. Franklin Komolkorir from the Met Department says other parts of the country will remain sunny and dry, with chances of showers along the Coast. He adds that the October-November-December weather outlook will be released by late August or early September to guide Kenyans amid speculation of El Niño rains in October.
