Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna on Saturday took the Linda Mwananchi mobilisation drive to Kakamega as the camp intensified its grassroots engagement.

In Kakamega, supporters who turned out in large numbers gifted Sifuna several chickens and a wooden chair.

"Sabatia, Butere Constituency, Kakamega. Tumepewa hadi kiti, kuku of course ni constant," Sifuna posted.

The team made several stopovers across the county, where Sifuna addressed residents and urged them not to re-elect the current administration. After concluding the day's activities in Kakamega town, Sifuna and his team said they would continue the mobilisation drive on Sunday.
“Tumefungia siku hapo. Kesho bado tuko on! Ahsanteni sana,” Sifuna said.

The senator thanked residents and supporters for turning out in large numbers, saying the mobilisation campaign would continue as the camp seeks to strengthen its grassroots presence and connect with voters across the region.
