Immediate former Government Spokesperson Isaac Mwaura has ranked the National Treasury, the Ministries of Health and Agriculture among the best-performing in government communication. Speaking during his handover, Mwaura particularly praised Treasury CS John Mbadi for simplifying complex fiscal issues for the public. He also cited the State Departments for Internal Security, Housing, Public Health and Diaspora Affairs as leading in effective public engagement and information dissemination.
