The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has forwarded 43 investigation files to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions between April 1 and June 30 this year. Of the 38 files recommended for prosecution, four were approved while four were rejected, while the rest remain under review. EACC says no case recommended for prosecution during the period has yet proceeded to court.
