Victoria was shot dead while travelling in a taxi to work in Nairobi's Upper Hill area on the morning of Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
She had abandoned her car and switched to using taxis after an incident on July 7 left her shaken.
According to investigators, men riding a motorcycle allegedly followed and threatened her as she drove home.
Four suspects have since been arrested in connection with the murder.
The memorial service was attended by her immediate family, colleagues, friends and other mourners who gathered to celebrate her life.
