Mwala MP Vincent Kawaya has accused former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua of fueling division and tribalism within the opposition, warning that his actions risk breaking up the coalition. Speaking in Machakos Town during a women traders’ empowerment programme, Kawaya claimed ongoing wrangles in the opposition were orchestrated by Gachagua, exposing deep rifts among leaders and reflecting a pattern of divisive, politically driven rhetoric.
