DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua has blamed the country’s passport book shortage on alleged diversion of e-Citizen funds. Speaking at his Wamunyoro residence while hosting a Subukia Constituency delegation from Nakuru County, the former Deputy President said he received intelligence from the Department of Immigration Services confirming the crisis. He added that some applicants have waited over four months to receive their passports despite early applications.
