A Nairobi court has approved the extradition of three Kenyan nationals to the United States to face cybercrime and fraud charges. Principal Magistrate Paul Mutai endorsed arrest warrants for Francis Asanyo, Peter Omari and Elvis Obaigwa following a formal request by the U.S. government. The suspects are accused of conspiracy to commit computer intrusions, wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and aiding and abetting under U.S. federal law.
