President William Ruto has defended the Social Health Authority (SHA) against criticism over its effectiveness, insisting that the scheme is delivering quality and equitable healthcare to Kenyans. Speaking at State House praised the launch of the National Ambulance Dispatch Centre slated for this afternoon saying the facility will operate and coordinate emergency medical services, ambulance dispatch, and patient referrals across all 47 counties.
