The Public Service Commission has intensified efforts to entrench national values across the public service in a bid to improve accountability, integrity and service delivery. PSC Commissioner Francis Owino urged human resource directors to ensure public servants not only report on compliance but also uphold constitutional values such as patriotism, transparency, good governance and the rule of law in their daily work.
