The government has been urged to clarify its funding plan for national examinations. Kenya KNUT Deputy Secretary General Hesbon Otieno says that if the government can no longer sustain the costs, it should communicate this early to allow stakeholders to collaborate and agree on alternative ways to finance and manage the examinations effectively.
