UDA Secretary General Hassan Omar toured the refurbished facility on Friday, describing it as a strategic hub that will coordinate political mobilisation and campaign activities for the broad-based government ahead of the next polls.
The Hustler Centre, which served as UDA's original headquarters during the 2022 election campaign, has been redesigned to host strategy meetings, campaign planning sessions and mobilisation programmes as the party begins laying the groundwork for President Ruto's re-election bid.

According to the party, the centre will become the focal point for coordinating political activities and engagements involving leaders allied to the Kenya Kwanza administration.
"The refurbished Hustler Centre will serve as a space for strategy and mobilisation for the joint Broad-based government campaigns and an epicentre for campaign coordination, programmes and meetings," the party said.
During the visit, Hassan also held discussions with Lands Principal Secretary Generali Nixon Korir on the implementation of the Broad-based government's Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

The discussions also focused on communicating the government's development agenda as Kenya Kwanza seeks to consolidate support ahead of the 2027 elections.
Korir expressed confidence that President Ruto would secure a second term, citing what he described as the administration's development record and inclusive approach to governance.
He said investments under the Kenya Kwanza administration had transformed many parts of the country through projects targeting infrastructure, housing, agriculture, job creation and economic empowerment.
The refurbishment of the Hustler Centre signals the beginning of an intensified political mobilisation campaign by UDA as the race to the 2027 General Election gathers momentum.
The ruling party has increasingly combined government development tours with political engagements across the country, insisting that its re-election campaign will be anchored on its performance in office.
Senior party officials have maintained that the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda remains central to President Ruto's bid for a second term and will form the basis of campaigns over the coming months.
The renewed activity at the Hustler Centre comes as both the Kenya Kwanza coalition and opposition parties continue strengthening their grassroots networks in readiness for what is expected to be a fiercely contested 2027 presidential race.
