Radio Africa Group Chief Executive Officer Martin Khafafa has presided over the graduation ceremony for the Nova Pioneer Tatu Boys Class of 2026 as chief guest.

Speaking during the ceremony, Khafafa told the 65 graduates that the rapidly changing world demands adaptability, curiosity and continuous learning, particularly as artificial intelligence reshapes careers and industries.

He further challenged graduates to embrace lifelong learning, discipline and integrity as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives.

"The greatest battles you are willing to face are not against other people, but against yourself. You will face battles against laziness, distraction, mediocrity and the temptation to choose what is easy instead of what is right," he said.

He encouraged the graduates to build character, honour their commitments and view failure as part of the journey to success rather than its opposite.

The ceremony was attended by Nova Pioneer East Africa Managing Director London Moore, founding director Chris Khaemba, Executive Principal Andrew Miraba, Head of Boys Austin Oketch, PTA chairperson Charles Nyamu and Dean of Instruction and Learning Robert Lemayian.
