Parents have been encouraged to take advantage of the August holiday to shape their children’s behaviour. Parents’ Association Chairperson Silas Obuhatsa says proper parental guidance can help curb school unrest and has urged the Ministry of Education to swiftly form a task force and release a preliminary report on the matter.
