Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has scored a political victory in his Western Kenya home region after staging a successful homecoming tour over the weekend. Political analyst Albert Kasembeli says the two ODM meetings held concurrently in Malava and Busia by ODM and President William Ruto were aimed at countering Sifuna’s mega rally. He described the development as a sign of Sifuna’s growing political influence in the region and across the country.
