Kenyan media personality and content creator Andrew Kibe has sparked a fresh conversation online after reminding his followers not to take everything he says on social media seriously, insisting that much of his content is created for entertainment purposes.

In a video that circulated widely online, Kibe addressed fans who have previously interpreted his statements as advice or instructions, saying that his online persona is largely built around comedy and provoking reactions from his audience.

"Niliwaambiaje hapa kwa mtandao, don't believe anything you see, don't believe anything you hear as long as it's on the internet," Kibe said.

He went on to clarify that some of the statements he makes are part of his entertainment style and should not necessarily be copied or treated as serious guidance.

"Ati sasa ukam useme you know Kibe alisema we should, I didn't say shit. This is all for entertainment purposes. This is a comedy show," he added.

The content creator further explained.

"I've told you guys many times I come here to look at you people laughing at my stupidity and then I go and sleep very well knowing that I have not paid all my baby mamas, knowing that niko na shida mingi sana zitanikumba asubuhi," he said.
