Despite their calls for political change, a recent TIFA poll shows that the youngest voters have the lowest voter registration rates. Only 57 per cent of those aged 18 to 24 said they were registered as voters, compared with 85 per cent of those aged 25 to 34. Registration is highest among those aged 45 and above at 97 per cent, followed by those aged 35 to 44 at 95 per cent.
