The court has ordered the handover of Gatoto Primary School in Mukuru kwa Njenga , to its rightful owners on13th of next month, after directing that the institution be reclassified from a public to a private school. Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and his deputy, Eliud Langat, will supervise the process under tight security. Langat has also been ordered to report to court on 18 of next month to report the status of enforcement. The court gave the order after it rejected the police request for a one-month compliance period.
