The country’s Security chiefs have welcomed the international accreditation of the Forensic Management Unit and the launch of a multi-biometric identification system, describing the developments as a major milestone in Kenya’s policing sector. Led by director of Criminal Investigations Mohamed Amin said the initiatives would enhance professionalism, improve evidence management and strengthen public confidence in criminal investigations.
