The processing of Police Clearance Certificates is set to drop from 14 days to just 24 hours following the launch of Kenya's new Multi-Biometric Identification System. DPP Renson Ingonga hailed the DCI for adopting technology to strengthen criminal investigations and service delivery. He also urged investigators to uphold professionalism by ensuring forensic analysts remain independent to safeguard the integrity and credibility of criminal investigations.
