The murder trial of the late Albert Ojwang has heard that CCTV footage from Mbagathi Hospital captured police officers transporting him from Central Police Station in the wee hours of 9th June, 2025. IPOA Head of Forensics Joseph Mutua told the Kibera High Court the footage was forensically examined and confirmed to be authentic, with no signs of tampering. Six people, including former Central Police Station OCS Samson Talaam, are charged with Ojwang's murder. The case resumes on December 14.
