The Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association has urged the LSK to reconsider its planned nationwide court boycott, warning that the biggest losers will be litigants seeking justice. The association says while concerns over judicial accountability, delays and registry inefficiencies are legitimate, they should be addressed through structured dialogue rather than disrupting court proceedings.
