Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi has urged political leaders to safeguard peace and shun violence ahead of the next General Election. Reflecting on the 2007 post-election violence, Mudavadi said Kenya lost about 1,400 people, mostly young lives, during the unrest. He called on leaders to put the country's stability first, saying no political contest is worth bloodshed or loss of life.
