The Judiciary has assured Kenyans that all courts will remain open and continue hearing cases as scheduled on Wednesday despite LSK’s planned nationwide boycott. Judiciary Spokesperson Paul Ndemo says the boycott would mainly disadvantage litigants and court users, urging advocates to pursue their concerns through dialogue and existing constitutional mechanisms.
