A section of ODM leaders from Homa Bay say the outcome of the just-concluded Ol Kalou by-election signals a shift in voter behavior, with electorates resisting bribery and intimidation at the ballot. Speaking during a funeral service in Suba North, National Assembly Minority Whip Millie Odhiambo attributed the Ol Kalou loss to arrogance by the broad-based leadership spearheading the campaigns.
