Former AG Justin Muturi has questioned the IEBC's position that it could postpone the Ol Kalou by-election if the security situation deteriorates. Muturi says while the commission has a constitutional mandate to manage elections, such decisions must be transparent, accountable and subject to public scrutiny. He warned that any precedent set could have implications for future General Elections.
