ODM leader Oburu Oginga should apologize to Kenyans for advising President Wiliam Ruto to become a benevolent dictator. Machakos Deputy Governor Francis Mwangangi termed the remarks as dangerous to the country saying the late former PM Raila Odinga could not tolerate such kind of leadership.
