Youth Affairs PS Jacob Fikirini’s bodyguard Rashid Charo has enlisted the same four-lawyer team that successfully represented Pastor Ezekiel Odero as investigations into a fatal shooting of 28-year-old youth mobiliser Cecil Ouma. Charo who was yesterday freed on a Sh20,000 personal bond will now be represented by senior lawyers Danstan Omari, Cliff Ombeta, Sam Nyaberi and Shadrack Wambui.
