Award-winning Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones has sparked fresh conversation online after revealing that he had gone for more than 60 hours without food as part of his health routine.
In a video shared on his Instagram stories, the rapper said he follows a ketogenic, or keto, diet and has made fasting a regular part of his weekly routine.
“We are breaking the fast. Last time that I ate was on Sunday. It’s mandatory for you to fast every first two days of the week, which is Monday and Tuesday.”

According to Khaligraph Jones, his last meal was on Sunday before beginning the fast, which he planned to end after more than two days without eating.

Khaligraph’s revelation quickly drew reactions from social media users, with many opting for humour over serious debate.
