Kenya Airways and Accor have unveiled a strategic partnership aimed at transforming travel rewards for customers across flights, hotels and lifestyle experiences.
The collaboration brings together Kenya Airways’ Asante Rewards programme and ALL Accor, the hospitality giant’s booking platform and loyalty programme, making Kenya Airways the first African airline to partner with the globally recognised rewards ecosystem.
The partnership allows members from both loyalty programmes to seamlessly earn, convert and redeem points across the two platforms, giving travellers greater flexibility and access to a wider range of benefits both in the air and on the ground.
Under the new arrangement, 3,000 Asante Rewards points can be converted into 1,000 ALL Accor Reward points, while 3,000 ALL Accor points can also be exchanged for 1,000 Asante Rewards points. Customers will be able to redeem rewards across Accor’s network of more than 5,800 hotels and over 45 hospitality brands worldwide.
The benefits include complimentary hotel stays, in-hotel privileges, dining experiences and lifestyle rewards. Likewise, ALL Accor members will gain access to Kenya Airways travel perks such as flights, lounge access and additional baggage benefits.
Speaking on the partnership, Kerry Healy, Chief Commercial Officer for Accor’s Premium, Midscale and Economy brands in the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, described the deal as a major milestone in connected travel experiences.

“Our partnership with Kenya Airways marks a pivotal moment, responding to the demand for connected, experience-driven travel across Africa and the Middle East where loyalty is key. By bringing hospitality and aviation together, we’re significantly enhancing the ALL Accor ecosystem,” she said.
Raki Phillips, Regional President for Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands at Accor in the Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye, noted that the collaboration reflects the growing connectivity of travel markets across the regions.
“For our guests, this makes travel feel easier and more connected. Kenya is a key market for us, and through this partnership, their journey flows seamlessly from flight to stay, earning and redeeming along the way,” he stated.
On his part, Julius Thairu, Chief Commercial and Customer Officer at Kenya Airways, said the partnership represents a significant moment for African aviation.
“This collaboration represents a significant milestone not only for Kenya Airways, but for African aviation. As the first airline on the continent to partner with ALL Accor, we are proud to give our loyal customers even more ways to earn, convert and redeem their rewards,” he said.
The partnership combines Kenya Airways’ expanding global route network with Accor’s presence in more than 110 countries. Travellers will have access to renowned hospitality brands including ibis, Novotel, Pullman, Swissôtel, Sofitel, Fairmont and Raffles.
Customers can now redeem points for Kenya Airways flights and its SkyTeam partners’ regional and international destinations, while also enjoying hotel stays, dining, wellness and lifestyle experiences through the Accor network.
With over 100 million members globally, ALL Accor continues to expand its footprint as one of the world’s leading hospitality loyalty programmes, with the new Kenya Airways partnership expected to strengthen travel experiences for customers across Africa and beyond.
