Kenyan socialite Shakilla Tiffany has sparked a cross-border media row after lashing out at a Ghanaian news outlet.

The controversy began when a popular blog claimed the 20-year-old admitted to sleeping with more than 100 men.

Shakilla, known for her outspoken nature, did not stay silent. She took the fight directly to the comments section of the blog’s Instagram page to deny the allegations.

The Spark of Controversy

The dispute started after the outlet, OMGVoiceGhana, shared a post titled: “I have slept with over 100 men,” attributing the quote to Shakilla.

The post alleged that Shakilla made the revelation during a recent interview with a local Kenyan blog.

According to the report, the socialite was asked about rumours that her “body count” was higher than five. The blog claimed she responded by saying she did not know the exact number and would “go mad” if she started counting.

The report went further, alleging that when a host asked if the number was closer to 100 or 1,000, Shakilla replied: “Are you talking about this year or the years before that? It’s safe to say I’m below 150.”

"When Did I Say This?"

The post quickly caught Shakilla’s attention. She appeared surprised that her name was being discussed in Ghanaian media circles. Writing directly under the post, she questioned the origin of the story.

“When did I say this???” she wrote. “How did I even reach Ghana news? wtf is this.”

This initial response gained significant traction from followers, garnering 158 likes within a week.

Shakilla did not stop there. In a second follow-up comment, she accused the outlet of fabricating stories because they lacked local content.

"You lack news from your country celebrities and fabricate lies about me?" — Shakilla Tiffany.

She urged the platform to stop spreading rumours, using several emojis to express her frustration.

While the Ghanaian outlet cited a "local blog" as the source, the specific interview has been the subject of much discussion in East Africa. Shakilla has a history of making bold statements in the Kenyan media, which often leads to viral moments across the continent.

As of now, the Ghanaian outlet has not officially responded to Shakilla’s comments or removed the post. The socialite continues to maintain that the claims are entirely manufactured.
