The controversial Kenyan forex trader, popularly known as Kenyan Prince, is starting from scratch once again. This follows the sudden deactivation of his Instagram account by Meta.
The account, which was only three months old, had already amassed a significant following of 176,000 users. The trader expressed his shock at the move, which came shortly after he attempted to secure his digital identity.
The Verification Trap
According to the trader, the trouble began during a routine security process. He claims the platform terminated his account immediately after he attempted to verify his identity.

The loss is a significant blow to his digital footprint. However, he remains defiant about his influence.

Speaking on the setback, he suggested that his brand is more than just a follower count.
"Msinione hivi, ni kulia nataka kulia. It's unfortunate or rather, it'sso fortunate that my new Instagram account has again been taken down. We don't rely on numbers; we rely on the name."
A Plea to the Public
Following the deactivation, the trader took to Facebook to vent his frustrations and seek support from his fans. In an emotional appeal, he maintained his innocence regarding any platform violations.
Speaking in Swahili to his "wadau" (stakeholders/followers), he pleaded for a fresh start. He insisted that he had done nothing wrong to warrant the platform's harsh action.
"Walahi mimi hata sijakosea IG kitu chochote... nifollow tu tafadhali kwa new account nifike hata 1k followers. We start agains,” he pleaded.
Building from the Ground Up
This is not the first time the forex personality has faced issues with social media giants. Known for his flamboyant lifestyle and often-criticised trading claims, his presence on social media has been a subject of ongoing debate.
Despite the setback, he has already launched a new handle and is urging his supporters to help him rebuild his numbers. He promised his followers that he would return "big and better" despite the technical hurdles.

The trader continues to use his other social media platforms to redirect traffic to his new Instagram page. He remains focused on the "resilience" of his brand name rather than the lost data.
While Meta has not issued a specific statement regarding this individual account, the platform typically cites violations of community guidelines or failed identity checks as reasons for such deactivations.
