Pastor Prophet Victor Kanyari, the founder of Salvation Healing Ministry, has shared a candid update regarding his daughter’s health. Sky Victor, the preacher’s firstborn, was recently admitted to the hospital, sparking concern among the ministry’s followers.
Speaking to his congregation and online audience, Kanyari confirmed that Sky had been battling a serious illness. He revealed that his daughter was suffering from a blood infection.

This diagnosis comes after Sky herself shared images from a hospital bed, leading to widespread speculation about her condition.
"Sky was admitted to the hospital because of a blood infection... she has been treated and is doing well, but she is very weak,” Kanyari updated.
The Road to Recovery
The preacher noted that while the situation was grave, Sky has since been discharged from the facility. He described her as being "100% okay" in terms of her medical progress, though he acknowledged that she remains physically fragile as she recovers.

Kanyari emphasized that she is "struggling to get well" but is showing signs of improvement every day. He expressed his faith that she would soon return to full strength.
A Father’s Burden
During his address, Kanyari also took a moment to respond to critics. Some followers have suggested that the preacher mentions Sky more often than his son.

Kanyari clarified that he has two children—a daughter and a son—and that his frequent mentions of Sky are simply because she is his firstborn.
He spoke about the emotional weight of balancing his ministry with family trials. Even while his daughter was in a hospital bed, Kanyari felt the pressure of his spiritual duties to his congregation.
"I have the burden of my children, and I have the burden of the people, but still even when my child is sick, I’m finding time to visit Christians, how can you say pastor hates people?” Kanyari posed.
Sky Victor has established herself as a significant personality on social media, often sharing details of her lifestyle and family life. This public profile has made her health a topic of intense interest in Kenya.
The family has frequently been in the spotlight, and this latest health scare has drawn thousands of messages of support from their global audience.
