Kenyan boxer and mixed martial artist Ranger James has advised fellow fighter Mbavu Destroyer to prioritise training and preparation ahead of the upcoming Vurugu event scheduled for April 4.

Speaking during an interview on Mpasho, Ranger James addressed Mbavu Destroyer’s readiness for the highly anticipated bout, emphasising the importance of focus and discipline in the final days leading up to the match.
