Police Bullets squad in a past match

This is a stark contrast to their last two meetings, which produced 15 goals, including a 4-3 victory in favour of Zetech and a 6-2 win for Police Bullets. Before the draw,  Bullets had only lost once in the league (4-3) against Zetech in November last year.

In another match, Vihiga Queens beat Trinity Starlets 2-0 as Diana Cherono scored twice to take her season tally to eight goals.

Kibera Soccer were handed a walkover after Wadadia FC failed to honour their home fixture for the third consecutive time. This means automatic relegation from the top tier as per the rule 3.1.12 of the laws governing Kenyan football.

The club had already been dissolved by its management ahead of the official decision. Elsewhere, Bungoma Queens and Kisped Queens played out a goal-less draw.

Meanwhile, Junior Starlets are set to host Uganda in a Fifa Under-17 World Cup qualifier at the return leg match at the Ulinzi Complex on Sunday.
