
Japan’s Takamoto Katsuta and his co-driver Aaron Johnston lead the overall standings at the Safari Rally Kenya 2026 after delivering the fastest cumulative time of 3:16:05.6 in a Toyota.
French driver Adrien Fourmaux, alongside co-driver Alexandre Coria, sits in second position with a time of 3:16:33.0 driving a Hyundai.
Finland’s Sami Pajari and co-driver Marko Salminen hold third place with 3:20:31.7 in a Toyota.
Fourth position is occupied by Finnish driver Esapekka Lappi and co-driver Enni Malkonen in a Hyundai, while Estonia’s Robert Virves and co-driver Jakko Viilo complete the top five in a Skoda Fabia.
Other drivers in the top ten include Gus Greensmith, Fabrizio Zaldivar, Andreas Mikkelsen, Diego Dominguez and Oliver Solberg.
The rally continues to test drivers with its rugged terrain and unpredictable conditions, maintaining its reputation as one of the toughest events in the World Rally Championship calendar.
