The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) is set to shut the portal at midnight.
The application window for Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) programmes and the Kenya School of Law (KSL) Diploma in Law (Paralegal Studies) closes today, Friday, March 13, 2026.
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) is set to shut the portal at midnight.
Form Four leavers interested in pursuing health-related training at KMTC have until the end of the day to submit their applications through the KUCCPS system.
The placement agency said the applications are open to candidates who sat the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations as well as applicants who sought placement in January 2026 but were not successful.
Those seeking another chance to secure placement can reapply without incurring additional charges, KUCCPS said.
A total of 31 programmes are available under the KMTC intake, comprising eight certificate courses and 23 diploma courses.
The certificate courses include Community Health Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Health Insurance Management, Health Records and Information Technology, Medical Engineering, Nutrition and Dietetics, Orthopaedic Trauma Medicine and Public Health.
Diploma programmes on offer include Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Community Health, Community Oral Health, Dental Technology, Emergency Medical Technology, Health Counselling, Health Insurance Management, Health Promotion, Health Records and Information Technology, Medical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Social Work and Mortuary Science.
Other diploma courses are Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Orthopaedic Technology, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Public Health, Radiography and Imaging and Speech and Language Therapy.
At the same time, KUCCPS has extended the application deadline for the May intake of the Diploma in Law (Paralegal Studies) programme from March 9 to March 13.
The professional course equips students with foundational legal knowledge, practical skills and ethical training needed to support advocates, work in court administration or handle legal matters in corporate and non-governmental organisations.
The programme also serves as a pathway for those seeking to advance their studies in the legal field.
Applicants must have a minimum KCSE mean grade of C (plain) with at least C+ (plus) in English and Kiswahili. KUCCPS said the programme runs for a minimum of two academic years with three terms each year.
Successful candidates will be placed either at the Kenya School of Law Karen Campus or the Nairobi Town Campus located at Development House along Moi Avenue.
The weekday programme combines in-person daytime classes with virtual evening sessions.
With the deadline hours away, KUCCPS urged eligible candidates who have not yet applied to submit their applications before the portal closes.
“Form Four leavers, are you still waiting to apply for the Kenya School of Law or KMTC programmes? The clock is ticking towards the application deadline! Apply now!”
