MPs from UDA and ODM on Tuesday held a joint Parliamentary Group (PG) meeting in Nairobi.
They primarily convened to review and coordinate the implementation of a political cooperation framework known as the 10-Point Agenda, a pact designed to foster bipartisan collaboration and stabilise Kenya’s political environment.

The agenda was initially agreed upon in March 2025 between President William Ruto and veteran opposition leader Raila Odinga.

Key issues in the agenda include tackling high cost of living, auditing public debt, strengthening anti-corruption efforts, restructuring the electoral body, safeguarding the right to peaceful protest and promoting inclusivity in government appointments.

The outcome of the discussions is expected to influence legislative cooperation in the coming months as Parliament continues to debate critical bills affecting the country.
