Company founder Linda Gebson said Kenya’s rapidly growing beauty industry and Nairobi’s vibrant creative culture made the country a strategic entry point for the brand’s expansion into Africa.

“Kenya represents one of the most dynamic beauty markets on the continent. Nairobi’s creativity and diversity make it the perfect place for ALLSO’s next chapter,” she said during the store’s launch on Saturday.

The launch event attracted beauty creators, media personalities, makeup artists, and social media influencers who took part in product demonstrations and interactive sessions showcasing the brand’s offerings.

One of the highlights of the event was the company’s “60-Second Shade Match Challenge,” an activity aimed at demonstrating the brand’s ability to match foundation shades with different African skin tones quickly and accurately.

Guests were also invited to explore product displays, sample cosmetics at dedicated testing stations, and receive guidance from trained beauty specialists stationed throughout the store.

Founded on the philosophy that beauty is about balance rather than extremes, ALLSO develops products designed to enhance natural skin while addressing different undertones and textures.

Company officials said the Nairobi flagship store signals the beginning of the brand’s long-term presence in Kenya, with plans to expand its footprint while building a community of creators, makeup artists, and beauty enthusiasts across the country and the wider East African region.
