Data from the Observatory of Economic Complexity reveals that the Middle East remains the primary destination for Kenyan meat products, with four key nations in the region accounting for the vast majority of the country's international trade in this sector.

Saudi Arabia stands out as the most vital partner, importing Kenyan meat worth $6.37 million. This single market represents more than half of the total export value for the year, underscoring a deep trade relationship.

Bahrain follows as the second-largest destination, contributing $3.77 million to the sector's earnings. These two nations together form the backbone of Kenya's meat export revenue, providing a consistent demand for the country’s livestock products.

Beyond the top two, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait also play critical roles in the trade network. The UAE imported meat valued at $0.916 million, while Kuwait’s imports totaled $0.119 million.
