Businessman Khalif Kairo's mother passes on / HANDOUT


Car dealer and social media influencer Khalif Kairo has announced the death of his mother following a prolonged illness.

In astatement shared on social media, Kairo said the family was grieving but grateful for the time they had with her.

“We lost our mum earlier today after a long and bravely fought battle with illness. Our hearts are heavy, but we are grateful to God for the time, love, memories, and lessons she gave us,” he said.

He described his late mother as a strong and graceful woman who fought her illness courageously until the end.

“She fought with strength and grace, and we thank God for every moment we shared with her,” he added.

Kenyans on social media condoled with Kairo, offering words of encouragement during the difficult time.

“Pole sana Man. Sincerest condolences to you and the entire community. Praying for your comfort,” Tom Njiru wrote.

“Pole sana bro. Mothers are a blessing. Condolences,” Goddie said.

Jordan Joe added, “May the true comforter comfort you and your family.”

“Pole ndugu. May you find comfort during these times as she rests where peace resides,” Eric Anyega posted.

Ray Kairu wrote: “My deepest condolences to the whole family... Auntie fought with strength and grace indeed. May God comfort you all in this difficult time.”
