Harmonize's Twin? Pritty Vishy Embraces Viral Comparisons to Bongo Star

Social media personality Pritty Vishy has finally addressed the long-standing comparisons between herself and Tanzanian Bongo Flava star Harmonize.

In an exclusive interview with Mpasho’s Kalondu Musyimi, the content creator embraced the labels that have followed her since she first stepped into the spotlight.

Vishy, whose real name is Purity Vishenwa, rose to prominence in 2022 during her highly publicised relationship with Kenyan musician Stevo Simple Boy. Since then, she has transitioned into a full-time influencer and entrepreneur.

Throughout her rise to fame, internet users have frequently pointed out her facial resemblance to the "Single Again" hitmaker.

Embracing the "Lady Version"

Rather than being offended by the constant comparisons, Vishy has chosen to own the narrative. She explained that the public has linked her to Harmonize since her very first day on social media.

She does not view the comparison as a negative thing.

"They have been comparing me since I came to social media, at least they're well off, you know, I didn't feel bad. I think I'm the lady version of him. And he’s cool... he looks handsome."

She noted that the comparison is actually quite flattering, describing the Tanzanian singer as a human and attractive person.

Despite the visual similarities that fans point out, she clarified that there is no personal connection between them. She confirmed that she and Harmonize are not friends and have never actually spoken.

A Huge Fan from Afar

When asked if she would ever reach out to him, Vishy remained grounded. While she appreciates his work and his looks, she maintains a professional distance.

"I'm just a huge fan. Nothing serious, I'm just a fan."

She dismissed any suggestions of pursuing him romantically, noting that she is happy living her own life while he lives his. She currently views herself as being on a "different level" as she focuses on her own brand and family.

Confidence Through Transformation

Vishy’s ability to handle public scrutiny comes from a place of increased self-assurance. She recently underwent a significant physical transformation to boost her self-esteem.

This journey involved several cosmetic procedures, including a tummy tuck and Liposuction 360.

The cost of this transformation was substantial. Vishy revealed she spent approximately KSh 1.1 to 1.2 million on the surgeries and subsequent check-ups. These procedures, combined with a strict lifestyle, resulted in a total weight loss of 40kg.

Looking Toward 2026

The influencer is no longer interested in being defined by her past relationships. She told Mpasho that she is focused on her future, hinting at a major project currently "being cooked."

While she refused to share specific details, she promised that something huge is coming in 2026. For now, the "lady version of Harmonize" is focused on maintaining her new look and building her independent legacy in the entertainment industry.
