Director Trevor and his partner, Kikilove Yvonne, stepped out on Sunday, November 23, to attend the launch of Urban Wheels.

Speaking to entertainment journalists at the event, the influential couple addressed ongoing speculation about their family plans and offered insight into the trajectory of their relationship.

The pair, known widely across online media, confirmed they were at the launch to support a friend and business partner.

When asked about how their relationship has fared against the backdrop of public scrutiny, Kikilove described their time together as having been good, noting that it includes "roller coasters up and downs but still good for sure".

Director Trevor offered a direct philosophy on public commentary, stating that if a fan is a consumer, "Anything anasema haifai kukuhusu".

Addressing Baby Rumours

The conversation quickly turned to the persistent question of when the couple plans to expand their family. A journalist specifically asked if there was someone that people should expect soon.

Director Trevor responded carefully to the rumours that Kikilove might be pregnant. He confirmed that expecting a child "anytime soon" is certainly possible. However, he immediately qualified this statement.

“Anytime soon. Of course, anytime soon can be even five years from now.”

When pressed for a more specific timeline, such as within "one year or even eight months," Trevor maintained that those details are private family matters.

He emphasised that they deliberately keep certain aspects of their lives private. The public, he noted, receives only "what we want them to".

Future Family Aspirations

Beyond immediate speculation, the couple disclosed the number of children they hope to have in the future.

Director Trevor stated that he is aiming for a small family. He shared that he would ideally be okay with the number that Kikilove would be fine with.

“If she is okay with 10 kids, I will also be fine. But three looks like a good number,” he said.

Kiki, however, appeared open to a significantly larger family. When asked if she was aligned with Trevor's desired number, she replied,

“Maybe 3 to 4 children, somewhere there.”

The Shift to ‘Couple Influencers’

As a background to their current success, the couple addressed their professional pivot.

The journalist noted that some people previously believed the couple would not last long, with some predicting they would break up after just "three months, two months".

They recently enjoyed an international trip to Dubai, which Kiki described as feeling "like heaven".

Director Trevor explained that they intentionally stepped away from creating regular content together on YouTube. This decision was tactical, aimed at changing their professional identity.

“We want to be a couple of influencers, not a couple of content creators.”

They decided to focus on building their individual brands so they could operate as powerful couple influencers instead.

On the business front, Trevor, who is also the CEO of Digital Association, confirmed he manages several people, including Gen Z Goliath.

He also revealed future projects, including a music label that is set to launch early next year.
