Entrepreneur and reality TV personality Mercy Kyallo has addressed concerns from her customers after delays in deliveringYallo Leatherproducts, assuring them that the company remains committed to fulfilling all pending orders.

Mercy, the founder and creative director of Yallo Leather, revealed on her Instagram page that the delays were caused by unforeseen disruptions in her supply chain earlier this year.

According to her, two of her major long-term suppliers shut down operations, leaving the brand without access to specialized materials needed to produce its signature luxury items.

“Over the first months of the year, our major two suppliers shut down. These were long-term partners and it made it hard for me to replace them due to their unique art,” Mercy said in a statement shared on her Instagram page.

The sudden supply gap, she explained, had a ripple effect on Yallo’s operations.

Known for handcrafted, high-quality designs, the brand was forced to slow down production as it searched for alternatives.

“In the surge of us wanting to create exquisite designs that are high quality, I have discovered how much more work is needed,” she added.

Responding to Customers

The delays have led to mounting pressure online, with some customers openly expressing frustration. Mercy, however, insisted that Yallo remains committed to its clientele and denied suggestions that her brand was running off with people’s money.

“I am making improvements to continue to keep our word and experience of luxury. The process is slow, but thank you for those that support us. We are no scammers, and we thank you for sticking with us through this hardship,” she reassured.
