After the procedure, new hair growth usually becomes visible within six months, with the full effects of the hair transplant apparent between 12 to 18 months.

Tileh Pacbro

 Celebrity dancer Tileh Pacbro is among the latest Kenyans to undergo surgical hair restoration, taking this decisive step on 19th August 2025 to address his receding hairline.

Ahead of the operation, Tileh shared a photo showing himself with a doctor, his scalp already marked for the procedure. He expressed a mix of anticipation and optimism, highlighting his determination to restore his hairline and enhance his overall appearance.

"I am going with option one, and I am trying to get back this hairline... I want to look good. I have to try other things coz of how my head looks. Wish me luck," Tileh shared.

Risper Faith

Socialite Risper Faith underwent a hair transplant to restore her receding hairline around October, 2024. She documented her journey online, from entering the hospital to the final stages of the surgery, which involved shaving hair from the back of her head and transplanting it to the front.

Risper attributed her hairline loss to motherhood and publicly praised Artistic Hair Centre and her doctor, for helping her regain her confidence. This procedure followed her liposuction surgery in 2020, as she continued to invest in her body confidence.

Jamal Rohosafi

Prominent businessman Jamal Rohosafi embarked on his second hair transplant journey on September 2023, travelling to Turkey for the procedure.

He confirmed that this second session would be his final one. Jamal reportedly spent over Sh 1 million (approximately USD 7,000) for his procedure in Turkey, a cost that included accommodation and transportation4.

He shared his positive experience, expressing hope that the "Best Dr. in the world ranked for hair transplant" would soon be available in Kenya and Africa.

According to clinics that offer the service like Avane and Have clinics, on average, the price ranges from Ksh 100,000 to Ksh 350,000 (approximately USD 1,000 to USD 3,500).
