President William Ruto held a meeting on Thursday with grassroots leaders from Migori County.

The meeting held at the Sony Sugar Green Stadium in Awendo also saw the attendance of elected leaders from the county, including Cabinet Secretaries from the Nyanza region.

Among the notable figures who graced the event are John Mbadi (Treasury) and Opiyo Wandayi (Energy).

The meeting is said to have been convened to discuss development projects in the county.
