A leading company in the oil and gas industry is on the hunt for a seasoned professional to take up the role of Multi-Sites Project Manager.

The position involves spearheading the design, supervision, and implementation of retail development projects across multiple service station sites.

According to recruitment firm Stratostaff, the ideal candidate will be tasked with a wide array of responsibilities, including design supervision, project scoping and documentation, and CAPEX project management.

The successful applicant will also oversee technical testing, coordinate with vendors, enforce standards, and manage rebranding activities.

Other key duties include ensuring operational excellence, monitoring quality compliance, and providing engineering support.

The position requires a high level of competence in project management and leadership, as well as technical expertise and supervision.

Candidates are also expected to demonstrate proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and compliance, as well as strong skills in communication and stakeholder engagement.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also key competencies required of the applicant, as is a demonstrated driving competency and field readiness.

To be eligible, you must be a holder of a bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering from a recognised institution and have at least six years’ proven experience in project management, design, documentation, and supervision within a busy construction environment.

Experience working closely with executive management in meeting departmental goals will be highly valued.

Additional requirements include the ability to develop technically sound business proposals backed by strong analytical skills.

You must also be proficient in engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, possess excellent report writing and presentation skills, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
