Instagram influencer of the year 2024, Lydia KM has opened up on her personal habits like the songs she likes singing while in the shower, her dream car, and life regrets among other personal insights.
Speaking with Kalondu Musyimi of Mpasho during a Q&A session at the launch of Dairyland’s new drinking chocolate, Lydia KM shared intimate details about her daily routines.
When asked if she sings in the shower, Lydia KM confirmed that she sings a lot but one song always pops up in her head whenever she enters the shower room.
"I sing sometimes". She further elaborated on her go-to song for such moments, revealing it to be a track by Tupac.
"Like the song that I always sing when I'm feeling like happy kind of. It's Tupac’s."
She then recited the lyrics, "Ooh child, things are going to be easier. Ooh child, things are going to get brighter."
She also added a self-deprecating remark about her singing ability: "I can't sing, but I sound."
The conversation also touched upon more reflective aspects of her life, including her regrets. Initially, when asked about her "life regret," Lydia KM stated, "I don't think I have one just as of this minute".
However, she then paused and corrected herself, adding, "Oh, no. There's a relationship I regret".
Additionally, the Q&A session unveiled her dream car and current vehicle. Lydia KM's dream car is a Range Rover, brand new that has never been driven before, while also noting that her current car is a Nissan Note.
“My dream car is a Brand new zero miles. Range Rover, but currently I’m driving a Nissan Note,” she said confidently.
She previously noted that she worked as a salesperson right after High School where she was being paid approximately Ksh28,000 per week in the UK.
According to the TMI Podcaster, her best friend is Murugi Munyi, and she had previously clarified that she made her first million at 31 years old. She also revealed that she wishes she learned sooner "Just not to sweat the small stuff.”
